Cancer Chat is a free online forum
where people affected by cancer can talk together, share their experiences,
and find information and support. It's provided by Cancer Research
UK.
If you’re affected by cancer, whether you have cancer, or
you're a family member or friend of someone with cancer, it can
be valuable to talk to people who have had similar experiences.
Cancer Chat is your space to
do just that. We also have information on every aspect of cancer
- just follow the links in the ‘Useful Links’ box.
Everyone can view the pages on Cancer
Chat but if you’d like to post a message, you will need
to register or log-in using the links at the top of the page. If
you’re a new user, please visit our 'frequently asked questions',
which explain how to get the most out of the forum.
Cancer Chat is a new venture
for Cancer Research UK and we will be regularly reviewing the forum
and its usage. It would be great to hear what you think: you can
send us a message using the ‘contact us’ button which
is on every page.
As we develop the forum, there may be some changes to the site
and we may have to be temporarily offline so that we can make any
changes. We will try to keep this to a minimum.
Cancer Chat is for you to share
information between yourselves and does not contain specialist medical
advice from Cancer Research UK. We encourage you to seek advice
from medical professionals.
Visit Cancer Chat today. We
hope you find it useful!
Best wishes,
The Cancer Chat Team
